Flow leadership community member Erin Meezan was a featured voice in the film Beyond Zero. In it, Erin used her incredible change leadership skills to navigate a very difficult situation with a new CEO and succeeded in getting her company, Interface, to commit to an even more ambitious sustainability mission going forward.
When Beyond Zero director Nathan Havey asked Erin why there are not more companies like Interface out there, she told him that it is because most people misunderstand how to lead change effectively. Then she pointed him toward Leith Sharp and Flow Leadership.
